Pomegranate helps PCOS or CoV issues - win/win (and many other things) and is in season in Northern Hemisphere. / & #Index of recent Posts
Dehydrate or freeze the peel for later, the seeds freeze well too - simply freeze them. The texture changes, but still yummy and medicinal.
Pomegranate juice extract was found helpful for improving female sex hormone ratios in a PCOS animal model compared to the control group. Doses of 100, 200, and 400 mg/Kg pomegranate juice extract were used against a control group who received none. All doses had significant improvements compared to control at 61 and 81 days.
“Studies showed that pomegranate seed oil contains phytoestrogen which prevents from appearance of cancer [22]. In plants containing phenolic compounds similar to pomegranate extract, were also found that the concentration of estradiol hormone in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome has significant reduction than control group, which indicates the positive effects of phenolic compounds in improving complications of polycystic ovary syndrome [23].
Study on phenolic compounds revealed that these compounds have anti-androgenic properties and apply their inhibitory effect on formation of dihydrotestosterone receptor complex. They also reduce secretion of testosterone hormone [24]. Various studies revealed that these plants have phenolic compounds [25, 26].” (Hossein, et al., 2015)
The polyphenol content is even higher in the pomegranate peel, and the alcohol extract may increase it over a water (tea/soup) extract.
Pomegranate peel prep tips (post):
![Pomegranate Peel Prep: Inner peel: High fiber, milder tannin level than the rind, making it usable in food similarly to minced garlic. Add at the end of cooking to preserve nutrients. Antioxidant/preservative in breads or meats. Bitter accent raw in salads. I use about 2 tablespoons dried or 1/4 cup raw, minced or powdered, per 2 quart batch of soup or 24 muffins. Discard spoiled parts. Rinse in vitamin C water and use fresh, freeze, or dehydrate and powder. Can add to pectin content in a jam recipe. Outer rind: Can air dry, use in tea or extracts. Some people use it powdered in capsules or other methods that I haven't tried. It is very high in tannin content making the dose needed fairly small before diuretic side effects are noticed. I use 4-6 1/2 inch square pieces in a quart batch of tea along with 1/2-1 teaspoon thyme, 6-8 1 inch square pieces of dried mango peel (milder, fruity, also anti-inflammatory), and a few small pieces of dandelion root. Many things can add to flavor and health benefits in a tea. The pomegranate peel alone is tangy but does not have much flavor. Ways Pomegranate/peel protects against Spike (post):
![Ways Pomegranate/peel fights chimeric spike. Pomegranate peel extract blocks entry at the ACE2 receptors and preserves ACE2 function. Inhibits NET formation which leads to (killer) inflammasome creation. Inhibits fusion of HIV-1 and entry into cells by membrane fusion. It may do the same for SARS-CoV-2. Acts as a modulator for inflammation and immune function, promoting or inhibiting as needed for the situation - restoring balance. Protects against misfolded protein conditions (prions). Promotes Nrf2 which helps promote DNA damage repair, glutathione production, and immune function. Pomegranate contains potent antioxidants in addition to promoting Nrf2 and our own glutathione production. Protects against liver, kidney, and brain damage risks from hyperinflammation. Improves gut health, membrane & cardiovascular health; promotes a beneficial microbiome balance of butyrate producing species. The juice/fruit provide many of these benefits but not all, the peel is more potent in the anti-viral benefits. Ways Pomegranate/peel fights chimeric spike. It just really works - royal fruit because a king wanted a crown that looked like a pomegranate blossom. Pomegranate is featured in the Bible as ornate decorations added to temples, and as the fruit or tree. Pomegranate is in Greek/Roman mythology as providing hope in a dark place. The evidence of humans valuing pomegranate is 1000s of years old - no PubMed article can really top that evidence trail. The use medicinally is in early adopter stages, buying your own fruit would really be most cost effective and possibly more reliable as fake or altered products have been discovered. Look for a reputable company if seeking premade products and realize that the tiny expensive capsule would be a tiny smidge of the inexpensive pomegranate that you can buy when it is in season.

Chimeric spike recent series recap:
IgG4 antibodies - the autoimmune kind we don't want, are elevated by increasing # of CoV jabs. Passive exposure is likely similar. Dec 27, 2022, (substack.com)
Chimeric spike has a gene sequence similar to hydrogel; fibrinolytics don't seem to break up the weird clots. EDTA has helped per Dr. Mihalcea. Dec 28, 2022, (substack.com)
'Shedding' yes, very big deal per Dr's Ana Mihalcea and Michael Roth; in an EDTA chelation video. Dec 28, 2022, (substack.com) Treatment resources are included.
The separation of the chimeric spike into S1 and S2 increases risks from both. S1 is a free agent that can then go interfere with a variety of important receptor types including the nAChRs. S2 is left on a cell membrane in a form that is then able to enter the cell.
Pomegranate peel may be a natural antidote as it has been shown to prevent HIV-1 fusion and cell entry. Even the juice is effective topically against HIV-1. Just because something is inexpensive and effective, but you have to use a paring knife, doesn’t mean it is a bad thing for the public. It is only a bad thing for bioweapon designers or pharma profit models.
