Biotensegrity is how our skeleton can work, with the counterbalance of ligaments and muscles. The bands of muscle fibers in the heart may act similarly. *Long post.

Substack link/ related info: Useful theme: It’ is time to get serious, by Katherine Boyle.
Modern life is lazy and unhealthy life and prioritizes weird things like shoes. We should prioritize feet and foot health more, and grounding with the Earth. Many of the interviews available at The Heart Revolution site discuss the benefits of bare foot time on the ground - we absorb negative ions from the slightly negatively charged ground - 15-20 minutes can leave you feeling kind of refreshened. I tried it but didn’t repeat it into a new habit.
Modern life doesn’t prioritize promoting health in infants or children - it has medicalized health as if you can take a pill for it. Life stages occur when they occur and can’t always postponed until school is done or a business is built.
I have suggested we need young adults to have more support to choose a mate and have kids, while working through the years of schooling or internships needed in modern life. The thirties is really not ideal for having babies physiologically. The babies need to be respected more and planned for - it needs a village to switch mindsets to optimizing preconception health and supporting a mom/dad unit in a safe environment. Everything is too expensive now, including childcare and the best childcare is the child’s own family. I have also suggested more group home models with volunteer hours and some trained help so group meals, group childcare, group hobbies/skills/chores/ can be shared. It costs money to create products or art or have space for services including a playroom or nice kitchen.
The Heart Revolution is revolutionary:
Many of the videos focus on attitude and energy of the magnetic energy field that we create around us. Kirlian photography has been modified by Russian scientists and used to study energy field differences for analyzing health issues in far earlier stages. The field around the fingers is photographed within an enclosed box. Full body images were able to capture an increase in energy outflow when two people in love were asked to project love to the other person. We are all children of God and have health in our fingertips and can direct it to others by choice - laying on of hands is a real ability rather than tinfoil or only something Jesus could do. He was sharing that we are All Children of God and we can all be energy beings of love - or not. We are a duality and it is a choice, but it is also early childhood programming/grooming/social skill training.
Movie segue: Emotional self-talk effects our heart energy and can affect the mood of others negatively or positively.
Related - self talk can help guide us towards better choices, but may also disable our ability to see what really is a better choice for ourselves, rather than for our parents or for society.
A new movie by Justine Bateman called Violet shows us fairly vividly what social programming may sound like to an adult who grew up hearing all negatives about life, others, and themselves. The movie is also an interesting indictment of ‘power couples’ or women ‘sleeping their way to the top’ culture in the movie industry. Should smart girls save themselves only for powerful men? If the boss is one of those powerful men and expects you to only sleep with the right connections and ‘owns’ you in a way - is that smart? Is that power? Is accepting public humiliation an okay price to pay for ‘power’?
The one thing I didn’t like about the movie was the ending theme song - is it lust to turn away from the power voices and accept a ‘loser’ (the negative voice) who cares about you emotionally? Or was that love and it was using lust and denying love to be the beautiful young woman on the powerful older executive’s arm? The song seemed to suggest that she choose to free herself to lust instead of having walked away from a lust for power.
She stood up for herself and showed that it was skills that had led to her success and her boss’s business success. The nasty voices were from family members and similarly repeated by the boss, and it really can be that bad, and every day, a frequent refrain or ‘Committee’ as it is called in the movie. And the child/now adult has a built in expectation that that is normal treatment and that she/he may even deserve it and/or need it. When we are never taught to make our own decisions, we are left rudderless without someone to decide for us - but they are likely to decide that you should do what they like.
The thing to know about kids who grew up with too little love, is they are likely seeking it - but from anyone - like anyone might be the Prince Charming who is perfect - and getting yelled at and mistreated is ‘normal’ anyway - so this must be Prince Charming - right? Wrong. A trauma survivor may really think the guy/gal likes them more than they do and fail to recognize it is not real and not their fault. They weren’t ‘not good enough’ - they were too good for that situation.
That Committee of negative expectations and ‘rules’ to follow are what disrupts our energy fields and inhibits their flow between all the seven chakra centers of the body. Shame and inhibition block our health, not only our behaviors.
When you have to change yourself too much in order to follow someone else’s rules then it may be unhealthy emotionally and physically.
The Heart Revolution is about how the heart works physically - it is not a pump after all.
There are also truly revolutionary discoveries about how the heart works - it is a vortex device that slows the blood flow before it enters the lungs, rather than being a pump. The pump action/effect occurs at the capillary level were tubules are so tiny that quantum proton tunneling is occurring within the watery environment of blood plasma and extracellular fluid. Vitamin C and its critical role in the collagen structure of blood vessels was highlighted in a Dental focused interview.
Structured Water / gel or plasma phase of water.
The Structured Water/Exclusion Zone (EZ)/gel phase of water was discussed in several interviews. What I find interesting - and missing so far - was a mention of the stabilizing and critical role of magnesium for water. Each atom of magnesium can stabilize a cloud of 18 molecules of water (check reference). And magnesium deficiency is a cause of hypertension. Hypertension was discussed intensively without a single mention of magnesium. That is a glaring omission from an alternative practitioner crowd. Seriously. They did mention the stabilizing effect of phytonutrients and how they may be critical for helping form the gel phase, Jello TM/Pudding-like nature of the cytoplasm and extracellular matrix. Gelatin dessert was mentioned - it is about 97% water. The pudding with milk or garbanzo bean protein and coconut oil would be more like our extracellular matrix. The frequent stirring would be helping to structure the water into the gel form.
All other molecules and atoms are unlike water in that they have a gas, liquid and solid phase. Water molecules are electrically bipolar and somewhat flexible in a V shape. Surface tension type of electrical activity helps stabilize water into droplets or form ice crystals in delicate patterns or separate water into zones - the Exclusion Zone is electrically charged with more dense - OH- portions of the water molecule around the edge and has a negative charge and a flow of positively charged protons - H+ in the center. That is the ‘pump’ found in capillary beds - tiny tubules that support a ‘flow’ of Exclusion Zone with a negatively charged zone around the edge of the microtubule and a more liquid flow of positively charged protons - H+, in the center of the microtubule. Blood cells are actually slightly larger than the dimension of capillaries and have to go through single file and even can seem to stop and ‘shimmy’ according to one of the interviews (Tom Cowan I think).
Fluid dynamics and widening blood vessels from the capillaries is the ‘pump’ action that speeds up blood flow.
Fluid dynamics explains the ‘pump’ effect - how can blood flow speed up from an almost stop? The capillary effect of microtubules and water - and aether energy which is attracted to water and flows like water and is attracted to magnetic metals and will flow through metal tubes - once the blood is flowing again gradually wider veinules, and then wide veins are speeding up the potential flow. It is like a one lane country road backed up on a busy day. As the cars exit to a two-lane road they can go twice as fast collectively, and entering a four-lane superhighway allows them to travel four times as fast, collectively. By the time the major vessels are reached we might be talking a mega highway, (*I don’t know the different vessel ratios well enough to guess), but the heart is a holding tank more than a pump and it needs to maintain the overall blood speed rather than speed it up. The lungs also have a capillary bed and would act similarly in having faster flow slow down, and then speed up again.
This is aether energy we are talking about without use of the word or explanation.
The other glaring omission is Wilhelm Reich and James DeMeo’s work - what the ‘pump’ and ‘flow’ includes is aether energy - which Reich did measure in couples in love and found more ‘flow’ from them than couples not in love who shared intimacy anyway; (he was measuring energy release during sexual orgasm).
The Heart Revolution - is revolutionary, but I have a few surprises for them.
This is a nice resource and the price to have more services is not too bad. The free for seven days interviews are extensive and helpful rather than being 2/3rds sales pitch to buy something with more information. It is more information, useful courses too, than could be used within seven days.
Frank Chester formed a seven-sided model of the heart that helps explain how it creates a vortex.
The Geometry/Frank Chester video - the first one in this post - is not on the Heart Revolution site. The link for his information on the site took me to a 404 page unfortunately. His video is a little slow to start, I scrolled forward and became fascinated. As a dress seamstress in my past endeavors - the heart is made of a really long ruffle that is spiraled together in a way that the muscle fibers align into a vortex creating doubled cone that basically can contract in a back-and-forth motion like a washing machine (old style with the piston in the tub instead of a side style rolling barrel) - it creates a vortex within the double cone shape. The aortic arch is to slow down the exiting blood. News that I hadn’t thought about before - the speed of the blood entering the heart and leaving the heart is just about exactly the same - so HOW IS THE HEART A PUMP? Oh, good question.
We are also talking about quantum biology without using the word.
I did find it odd that none of the videos that got into the structured water concept called it “quantum tunneling” or “proton tunneling” - as those are accepted terms that I have seen used in the field of quantum biology.
With many different scientists circling the elephant and discussing its tree like legs, snake like nose or rope like tail - who is going to call it an ‘elephant’ first - and does that matter? for male competitiveness? or only for ease of communication? I call it aether energy (orgone was Reich’s name) and the Primovascular system (acupressure Meridians/chakras) - as the first/primary vessel system is a good description and a simple name.
To return to the ruffle metaphor Frank Chester didn’t use computer modeling, he just played with shapes and physical prototypes to check the geometric possibilities. Combined with Russian scientists findings that the vortex has subdivided sections that help sort and direct the blood is even more amazing and mysterious as to how the organized energy can ‘know’ where it is supposed to send certain blood cells. Aged blood cells are separated out and directed to go to the spleen for removal. Oxygen rich healthy cells are directed to the brain. A ruffle in sewing is made by connecting a series of semicircles at the radius of the circle. The very fullest ruffle possible would be made with circles of fabric cut at a single radius which is sewn to the next circle in line. The circles could be overlapped in a spiral to make one multi-layered circle, flattened out.
To make the cone shape Frank Chester had drawn a striped pattern to represent medical findings about the heart muscle. It was found to be made of eight layers with a criss-crossing angular pattern to the muscle fibers. On Frank’s flat ruffle spiral the striped pattern all seemed to go in the same direction - like it might have been cut from striped fabric. One circle with one cut at a radius can be twisted into a cone shape. Frank took his striped ruffle shape and started twisting it into a cone that would be eight layers thick. As he tightened the spiral shaped striped paper into a cone - the stripes neatly crisscrossed and could be seen through the semi-transparent paper/plastic. It matched the description of the medical findings and helped him understand how the heart could be a vortex device and impedance device to slow the blood. *For a dress collar, the tip of the cone would be cut off/would not be part of the paper pattern. The fuller edge will be the ruffle and the inner shorter edge of the spiral of fabric would be gathered into the length needed for the ruffled collar.
He had previously worked out a model of the heart (he calls the Chestahedron) showing how it forms a seven-sided figure that is roughly cone shaped and when the container volume of the heart gets too full in dysfunctional Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) - it forms more of a cube shape and no longer works to keep the blood moving or sorted probably. It is an impedance device that is now more of an overfull balloon than something functioning as a vortex that helps structure our fluid into the quantum flowing plasma/gel phase of water.
*Hedron - a geometric shape with a specific number of planes or planes in a specific shape - a cube has six sides in the shape of a square. The Chestahedron has seven sides in kite or triangle shapes. In CHF it loses one of the triangle shapes at the top and the kite shapes widen into more square shapes (globular though - biologic version of a cube/bubble).
This is very revolutionary information about heart and overall health, and I am excited. We do need to share this and use this information.
Gather aether energy yourself with a dielectric blanket.
A dielectric blanket (How to make one and what it is) gathers the aether energy and is restorative to achy body parts. Getting a bucket of sand or a sand pack can provide the negative ions too, or aether bions as some researchers call the energy (which can glow a faint blue white, visible in dim light.
Stay well-hydrated and consider making pudding ;-)
Staying well-hydrated is important too. Some people are selling structured water devices. A gelatin dessert or stirred pudding is structured water. Fresh fruit or vegetables are containers of structured water. The more processed they are, the less structured water they likely contain. Microwaving food likely disrupts the healthy structure and replaces it with some more disorganized structure. Ideally - we should stop using microwave ovens. News to use from Russia - Putin didn’t allow microwave ovens to be made legal and was quoted to say that US is using energy wrong and it would lead to our going crazy. He may not be wrong about that.
Cytoplasm dysfunction and cancer or other conditions. *related to some of my mitochondria posts.
What is different about the cytoplasm in cancer or other dysfunction —> it likely lost its gel phase and no longer has negative and positively charged Exclusion Zones. How to restore that? Magnesium, vitamin C, methyl B vitamins, zinc, and PLANT POLYPHENOLS and other phytonutrients. Probably avoiding microwave ovens as a habitual heater would help, avoiding EMF, stress, and processed foods would also help.
This information answers the question of what is the likely difference between healthy cytoplasm and dysfunctional cytoplasm - the gel phase and Exclusion Zones may be needed for chemical reactions to be able to take place effectively or at all. Polyphenols from produce help stabilize proteins and the electrical watery environment so the proteins can fold into proper functional shapes.
Life is like tinker toys - now with ruffles!
*I also visualize things in 3D - geometrically and made stuffed animals too. Like assembling a 3D jigsaw puzzle.
Life is amazing.
