Vitamin D? But mine was so low when I got cancer--17--I live way north on Lake Ontario in the third cloudiest region in the world. I had depression and everything got better since I have been supplementing. So hard to know what to do.

Useful. Thanks. Increasingly, for our food, I turn to my land (cuz, I know what's in, and not in, that soil, always assuming that Univ. Maine Soil Lab is not lying to me....). For 50 years I have grown most of our plant food; am trying to close that gap of "most". Figuring that minerals from my soil do our bodies more, effective, nutritional good.
