That last post got long and left my brain needing a nap, a really long nap, so by follow-up request - the self-care section re Ohio train derailment potential health risks.
Additional info can be found below in links to articles I have published in the past that focus on natural whole foods that contain compounds which research has shown help to optimize mitochondrial function and/or increase rates of mitochondrial biogenesis.
I can see how that wording in the comment above would give you the impression that my book focuses on mitochondrial health, but what I was trying to say is that the section of my book that I was sharing a screenshot from pertains to that topic.
Well it is not for me, I just did not want anyone to pre-order the book mistakenly thinking it focuses on mitochondrial health.
My book centers around permaculture based regenerative gardening practices. It offers the reader the knowledge, techniques and perspectives to grow from seed to table, preserve their garden harvests, use food as medicine, how to give back to the Earth, build soil, save seed and perpetuate/scale up the abundance so it can flow outwardly into their local community.
Thank you for introducing me to the many health benefits of pomegranate peel, I am really appreciating the wealth of info you have on your website.
Have you ever looked into adding sources of shikimic acid (such as pine needles) to a protocol intended to mitigate or ameliorate the damage caused by the synthetic spike proteins (which are produced in the body due to the mRNA injections)? I came across quite a bit of research which indicates pine needle and/or star anise tea/extract (containing shikimic acid) could help with the runaway platelet aggregation issues that sometimes arise in those that have received the mRNA injections.
Your tea sounds delicious, I think I shall make a similar batch except add in some white pine needles and yarrow as well :)
Thank you very much for the well wishes for my book, I will be adding your website to the list of suggested regenerative resources and links in the back of the book.
Very welcome! I have been advocating for pom peel use since 2017 when I learned how strong of an anti-cancer remedy it is and tried it for my severe anxiety/akathisia/histamine excess symptoms that I didn't know the cause of at the time. but Pomegranate helped. (Inhibits mast cells and reduces neuroinflammation.) My Protocol Collation & Therapy Goals includes evergreen needle or Star Anise. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RmdgbxBUuJa9nFUmCfSoZdnEB8EPc181WOvhGakAKTU/edit?usp=sharing
I used Star Anise while ill with CoV like illness March 2020 but then overused it in my ongoing experimentation and got sensitized. Later trying evergreen needle tea left me with similar symptoms (bladder pain kind of).
Yes! Hey speaking of how important getting sunshine is for humans, have you read "REGENERATE: Unlocking Your Body's Radical Resilience Through The New Biology" by Sayer Ji? He presents some radical research and theories in there about how humans may be able to take on the traits of photoheterotrophic organisms under certain conditions.
"The dioxin can be detoxified with a supplement of indole 3 carbinol, which is found in fresh broccoli and a smaller amount still in fresh cabbages. Of course if you want a large amount still, then you can buy supplements which is already available over the internet quite easily."
Hi Jennifer, thanks so much for putting this together. My wife and I live on the Canadian side of Lake Erie but back when the chemical mushroom cloud was burning (and for several days afterwards) we could smell the chemicals on the air. The prevailing winds usually go away from us and towards the states but that switched for a few days so I think it is likely the Lake Erie watershed has been more severely contaminated then the officials will admit. I will be doing soil and water tests ASAP to determine if our town water is compromised yet and if contaminated rain/snow may have fallen here in southern Ontario. I have also been researching natural methods for detoxing the chemicals involved with this incident and will share the research I have gathered so far in a comment below incase it can be helpful to you too.

I noticed how you emphasized the importance of supporting mitochondrial health when attempting to mitigate the damage of the toxins discussed above (and potentially detox some of them). I will post another comment with some links to articles I have published in the past that focus on natural whole foods that contain compounds which research has shown help to increase rates of mitochondrial biogenesis.

Wow, very organized of you. I should go make myself some pomegranate peel tulsi tea, I also use thyme and mango peel and a little dandelion root.
Good luck with your book! Thanks for sharing too. I include many of those in my Nrf2 promoting lists.

Oh, do you have a blurb or phrase that you would prefer me use?

I have too many websites Jenniferdepew.com is my main one now. Effectivecare.info has a lot of my important pages too though.

I recently read a study that mentioned how clarified butter (ghee) was able to extract dioxin since both are fat-based molecules. Fatty fish like mackerel that has tons of DHA, which can help our bodies resolve stress: https://open.substack.com/pub/romanshapoval/p/the-best-brainfood?r=1iykap&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web
