Lovely Irises!

question - just in case you have a fast answer at the top of your head - about those dark sometimes almost black marks that old people get every time we bump into something? I am not taking blood thinners but take Omega-3 capsules, since they seem to help with ADHD - I wonder if cutting them out would be helpful. my arms are looking really ugly since I can't seem to resist activities that bump me around a lot!

Thanks!

I have somewhat linked more omega three with easy bruising in myself too. Ginger and vitamin E/nuts also adds to a blood thinning effect. Low vitamin C may also be a cause of easy bruising though.

I wouldn't cut out omega 3, just try reducing and see if it makes a difference is what I do to test things in addition to eliminating them and maybe rechallenging later.

thanks Jennifer! I will try that, and cutting down on the nuts ... I am kind of addicted to nuts and rice cakes because they are things that my stomach finds inoffensive 😜 that also are easy to eat while driving.

If it doesn't seem to make a difference after a few weeks, then enjoy them again. Klutziness is real too. I bump into doorways a lot, my left side takes the damage usually. Upping vitamin C can be a need sometimes too.
