Great article. Do you have any more detail on magnesium supplementation (type, dosage, frequency)?

Also what are your thoughts on boron taken with magnesium?

Thank you!

I think we have to start asking the tough questions to our Anti-Vax Leaders.

WHY NO ORGANIZED BLOOD WORK ASSAYS IN REAL-TIME FROM BOTH VAXXED & UNVAXXED POPULATION ??

The blood markers will reveal the harm done to the walking vaxxed dead.

It will define the risk of the shedding issue.

Offer free Vit-D test as incentive.

KEY TESTS.

Myocarditis, Heart Attacks Risks

-C-Reactive Protein

-Platelets

-Develop Treatments for afflicted

THE RESULTS WILL CREATE A FULL-STOP for the vaccine program.

Agree too that the people getting the most buzz are not being assertive enough that the people themselves need to act. No single doctor can change corrupt government policies by themself.

Yes, boron is also important but caution is needed not to chronically get too much as it doesn't take long to get too much collect and it causes severe muscle cramping of the hands. Disabling, and painful. Magnesium is a topic I have a lot on on transcendingsquare.com see ~ "Magnesium adequacy requires protein and phospholipids too.' Searchbox is hood, it finds stuff on that site. The archives are on Substack too and may show up in a search of deNutrients here too.

You know or learn, it just cause diarrhea if you take too much. 400 mg is typical RDA goal and supplement size, roughly. Sometimes 250 mg, but not higher. Kidney patients may need 400 mg 3 times a day. More often to take larger dose rather than more at once.

Feasibly if you fell asleep in an Epsom salt your heart might slow too much. Bradycardia. It cause smooth muscle relaxation.
