Two cardiologists, long interview about CoV spike issues - my rewatch. "Psychopathy," "criminal," "defrauding the public," "No more jabs." AND - "We need to focus on treatment."
They didn't quite call it a bioweapon though and still seem to be waiting for the system to see that treatment needs to be allowed and studied.
My impression in the last post, Two cardiologists, long interview about CoV spike issues. *Update, now part of the mitochondria & movement series. - Jan Jekielek interview is pertinent. (substack.com), that the doctors were not hard enough on the ‘bioweapon’ may have been because while they were blunt - “criminal” - “defrauding the public” - “psychopaths” - “No more jabs, at least”, they are still talking about how to get the system to let them publish accurate papers about vak injury and care for the vak injured. At ~39 minutes Dr Aseem does clearly say that the problem with spending all this time on debating about vak injury and the vak policies - is that we are not treating the patients or focusing on how to treat the patients. YEAH!
Call me. I have thoughts on the topic, and long lists of references too, and personal experience with CoV illness and passive exposure illness. We need to talk more about chelated magnesium supplements and/or topical Epsom salt. One of the early risks of worsening problems is elevated blood pressure ———- and that is a direct symptom of magnesium deficiency. Hyperinflammation increases need and may decrease ionic Mg absorption in the gut.
Hesperidin/citrus peel, pomegranate peel, artemisinin, nicotine, Nutritional Yeast Flakes, tapioca (vanilla, licorice or tart cherry if not Retinoid Toxic), dandelion root/leaf tea, methyl B complex, extra niacin and thiamine, zinc, CoQ10, alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin C, D, K2, lysine, cysteine, DMG, and choline, quercetin, Omega 3 fatty acid, other things. Many things can help, and many things are needed in unison in order to be able to help enough to matter.
The chimeric spike is like a cartoon version of an over-engineered booby trap that can kill in a dozen ways. This is an Indiana Jones adventure story, and we are not playing with fair rules. Waiting for peer-reviewed journals to allow helpful papers to be published will leave patients getting continually worse or more suddenly dead. The FLCCC and World Health Council models need to be followed but with more thorough treatment. Both would be helpful, but neither approach the breadth of care needed for the autoimmune like Long Illness that can follow a viral infection or a vaccine injury. The problem with a partial solution is people stop looking for more answers in a timely manner - delay with hyperinflammation worsens risk of irreversible changes occurring. Early treatment and preventive care need to start before severe damage occurs for best hope of reversing a condition.
Dr. McCullough brings up POTS - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome but mentions no solutions, nor the connection to epigenetics, formaldehyde (stress, smog, smoking, diet sources), and lack of methyl folate. He probably is unaware of my findings. Simple solutions are in the medical literature, but you have to piece together a puzzle to find them among all the papers focused at the bottom line on how the findings might be useful for developing a drug. See: POTS - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, can be epigenetic & therefore may be reversible. (substack.com)
If you want solutions, you need to talk to someone with solutions, rather than to someone waiting for peer review journal articles to be published that has clearly marked solutions. Those aren’t really being allowed or funded. POTS is not new. Treatment has not been very helpful and people generally continue to have the problem.
And the few articles that have made it through the peer-review process and are about medications, are about medications that are being limited/banned for physicians to prescribe. Instead, a “Top Ten in 2022” peer-review article informs us that vegetable intake does not prevent CVD risk, except maybe raw vegetables a little bit; with data showing their average participant only ate about a half cup of vegetables a day. That is only one serving. The paper’s conclusion more fairly should say that eating only one serving of vegetables a day is not protective against Cardiovascular Disease. Which is not revolutionary, controversial, or breaking news. But it has already been cited ten times and concludes very confidently that vegetables are not protective against CVD, and therefore ~ the previous body of research must be wrong. I do call BullSh!t on that. See: I found the Ig Nobel award for 2022 - vegetable intake not found to reduce CVD risk - wait for it... (substack.com)
Mom was right, if she said: “Eat your vegetables.” They are loaded with resistant starch and fiber and Nrf2 promoting phytonutrients. Inflammation involves a lack of Nrf2 and excess NFKb - it is dysfunctional circadian cycle epigenetics and too many inflammatory signals promoting the NFKb and inhibiting the Nrf2.
Exercise - and it is looking like the gentle rhythm of Qi Gong and Falun Gong, (See the first Two Cardiologists post (substack.com)), are very beneficial for restoring flow through our electrical system and supporting the mitochondria, which are also electrical. Images of mitochondria in living tissue show zipping streaks of light or moving dots of light if the image is slowed down.
The FDA will have a hard time banning citrus or pomegranate peel, dandelions or evergreens, or gentle, rhythmic exercise. Go forth and conquer ill health, one healthy habit change at a time. Jan Jekielek reversed his autoimmune Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) with Falun gong daily exercise. Health is more possible than medically trained people realize. Guillain-Barre syndrome - Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic. People with GBS go slowly paralyzed from progressive nerve damage caused by autoimmune self-attack - daily movement reversed that for at least one person. Miracle? or just how nature works?
The Primo Vascular System is real and until the Western medical industry accepts it and starts learning about it, good health is going to continue to be difficult to understand or obtain through the current invasive and offensive means (as opposed to defensive - Western medicine attacks illness and harms the body too often in the process). Flow is not just electrical but also includes creation and transport of stem cells which can regenerate damaged organ tissue by forming new cells of that type where they are needed. If we don’t move, how can a system without a heart/pump, circulate the helpful stem cells or energy? Answer - not very well, not well enough for mitochondrial health it seems.

Emotional pain is likely part of it. The Falun gong method stresses meditative thoughts focused on truthfulness, compassion and forbearance.
Forbearance: “patient self-control; restraint and tolerance:"forbearance from taking action"".
Learning how to pause between a stimulus and your reaction is a route to more civilized and peaceful behavior, but also is a skill of psychopaths. Normal humans may have to practice patience and restraint with their own instinctual reactions.

Great article. Do you have any more detail on magnesium supplementation (type, dosage, frequency)?
Also what are your thoughts on boron taken with magnesium?
Thank you!
