Omg. This list is fantastic!

Thanks for all your posts too!! Sometimes I’m busy and don’t press the “like button”or comment but you’re information is so interesting and helpful!!

Question..... butyrate. I’m so busy sometimes and can’t fuss with making potatoes.

When camping I noticed canned potatoes seem to be pre cooked. Is it possible they are cooked and cooled before they are canned commercially? Can commercial canned potatoes be a source of butyrate in a pinch?

Very welcome and thanks! Resistant starch in a pinch could just be raw veg and fruit. Sticky white rice chilled - Nori rolls. Polenta. Pasta salad. I make lentil or garbanzo bean pasta salad. And I love my pudding but that is work to make. Your canned potatoes were probably in cold storage so likely do have a little more than a hot potatoes dish made fresh, but so would deli potato salad. Tapioca gummy candy. Quick breads chilled after baking

Oooooh. Fresh veg and fruit? Oooh. Lol. That’s simple then. Lol. Okay then. Too funny. I was making things too complicated for myself and feel silly now. Lmao.

Thanks!!!!

Thanx for putting all this in one place. Question about black seed - I bought a big bucket of raw nigella sativa seeds and use 2 tbsp in a pot of tea. Is my method extracting all the good goodness, or do they require another more complicated extraction method? Cheers Jen!
