Print is always king, but digital is crucial nowadays too. Substack will benefit you greatly upon publishing if you can develop some loyal followers and readers. They can act as great advocates when you do publish.
I am working more on epigenetics and microRNA - there will be more information from my current work that relates, or explains why polyphenols from plants helps too.
