💗😁 Wow! Thanks! Can’t wait to try some of those suggestions and recipes! Going to check out the others now and that really was an awesome poem. I love Caitlin Johnstone’s word craft. So gutsy, earthy, alive and emotion wrenching.

And yes, tears were in my eyes for a bit after reading Caitlin's poem.

My recipes tend to be about method and ratios more than specific "Follow these directions exactly..." steps. Just fair warning. I encourage people to experiment with the fresh fruit rather than buying pom peel supplement products.

One note - mango can be a problem for those with sensitivity to poison ivy .

I developed a reaction that turned my tongue gray , which peeled off , and gave me a blister on my peeling hand that looked like a steam burn , it was an inch high on my thumb. Can't imagine my insides.

On the pomegranate , I am planning on planting my tree this week.

Thanks and what fun re the pomegranate plant. Warning, if deer are in your area, put the pomegranate within a big fence because deer love the leaves - also medicinal and the flowers are too.
