Your recommendations exclude the healthiest diets for humans, that is, low carb, Keto, and Carnivore. As these diets boost the immune system and overall health you should reconsider. The idea of only eating 10% fat makes me want to scream. Extremely high protein isn't as bad as has been suggested, BUT, we need the fat soluble nutrients and we DON'T need large amounts of Polyunsaturated fats.

If you are sick, animal based Keto is probably best with its 80% saturated fats.

10% or less saturated fat specifically, total fat can be higher. I try for monounsaturated fats from olive oil.

The elevated saturated fat level signals mitochondria to not use the Citric Acid cycle and that leads to lack of DNA methylation within the cell nucleus.

More protein certainly works for some people.
