How can one get full spectrum light (outside of getting sunshine)?

Grow lights, suntan booth, for 15-30 mimutes, or regular florescent light but turn on a lot of them for daily use, think Jewelry store or car lot bright for wintertime day lighting.

Please, don’t STOP taking vitamin C, just reduce you intake if you must it’s water soluble, what the body does not need becomes waste. D becomes something different.

Yes some is needed. When traveling, odd food available, I started getting vitamin C deficiency symptoms and I added a 100 mg chewable to my routine at that time. And it is adequate for general health. At the time I also started eating the pith of Navel oranges. I wasn't able to find the vitamin C immediately. I started with what I could find, truck stop oranges and tiny grocery canned peas or asparagus. Both have some vitamin C and folate.
