The first time I read the headline, I saw "Chironic Hives". There's a message there :) Chiron will be almost exactly conjunct the Sun/New Moon on Monday, on Astrological New Year's Day - setting us up for an entire year of Chironic Wounding (courtesy of the cabal) and Healing (courtesy of Universe/Spirit)....

Interesting. Chiron - wounded healer is an archetype I have drawn in Tarot with regularity.

My journey has been of self-healing. Thanks for sharing the message.

Pomegranate peel extract still my fan favorite - seems to help Rosaburia species - they a e a short chain fatty acid producing species.

"Of note, within the PPX‐treated samples, mice from one of the two cages of had higher levels of the class Verrucomicrobiae, which continued down to the species level with A. muciniphila being elevated in one cage while the other cage had very low levels as observed in samples from water‐treated mice. The same was true for the genus Coprobacillus, while the genera Blauta and Rosburia were elevated in samples from both PPX‐treated cages but was greater in the cages with elevated A. muciniphila."

JD - Excellent work. I wonder where the glycoconjugated triterpene glycyrrhizin would be ranked on the anti-inflammatory list?

I would think up there but I haven't found a study on CRP. It inhibits CYP enzymes turned up instead.

A combination of licorice and frankincense was effective against SARs.

"At ClinicalTrial.gov (NCT04487964), a pilot, single-center, nonrandomized trial has been registered, testing the anticoronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) effects of licorice extracts administered together with Boswellia serrata gum as complementary medicine in Egyptian patients. In addition to conventional therapy, patients received one capsule of 250 mg of standardized licorice extract (25% glycyrrhizin or 62.5 mg) for 10 days and 2 g of B. serrata gum resin four times daily for 15 days. The study concluded that licorice increased the rate of recovery from COVID-19 infection and decreased the number of patients that require respiratory support." https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/fft2.110
