Hashimoto's thyroiditis is an autoimmune condition that may have hypo or hyperthyroid levels of thyroid hormone production. It is also frequently comorbid with fibromyalgia.
For the past 15 years I have watched reversals. I am not allowed to use the cure word. I am not allowed to speak about a specific medical condition. I can say... For $1 per day endogenous glutathione can be leveled up to normal. Truly safe and effective.
I have added creatine monohydrate recently and it does seem helpful. I've been using a smallish 5 grams once or twice a day. Chris Masterjohn had a post about how it supports methylation cycle defects by reducing the need for remethylating creatine.
I saw that write up. My son recommended it to me, and I’ve only needed 1/2 tsp once or twice a day. There are a few good studies that have shown it to be helpful for fibromyalgia and long covid.

I’ve found creatine to be helpful.
I ended up writing a post about it. Thanks for the comment!
