So glad I posted it then! it had been a draft for a couple days.

In case you haven't seen my peace-is-happy.org site - I am going to do a slower role out of the series. https://www.peace-is-happy.org/post/learning-self-appreciation-hawaiian-style-ho-oponopono My mega long posts do get to be too long.

Thank you! I've been wanting to find, not the bowls like that, but where they are suspended on top of each other -- I don't know what they are called but I saw them yrs ago at a botanical garden and they were so restful! I want to learn to play them so I can feel the resonance - like a harp. We must deal with these emotions or they will get rooted and sprout when we least want them.

or you can also use your own voice to chant. you can do it everywhere at any time, and depending on tone and rhythm, you can uplift, calm down, etc. I believe it is marvellous.

I do vocalize or sing sometimes to help calm myself or my mother.

Thank you Jennifer, very nice! Although I am Buddhist and always encouraged to go deeper in life, at some point oHoponopono helped me very much to balance some internal issues, and together with Emotional Freedom Technique, I have used it to help others to clear up some unresolved emotions.

Additionally, I would like to say that my mentor always said that by truly embracing and understanding others, we create a more compassionate world. And, if with courage, wisdom and compassion we help ourselves and others grasp the true essence of life, all darkness is dispelled.
