This is great and handy! Used a lot if not most of these over past few years. I would throw in bifidus and possibly l-butyrate for gut effects. And sunshine!

*the unstarted Microbiome Labs follow up post is about a Bacillus subtilis probiotic and that species helps support Bifidobacterium and other beneficial species. Pom peel and some of the list would help too. Other things like oregano oil can blitz like an antibiotic and should be used intermittently rather than daily forever.
