I was red pilled by Dr. Mercola over 20 years ago. Kudos to the endorsement.

A good start....but....fluoride ions require a filter similar to a kidney dialysis filter. RO filters remove those ions. You will need to re mineralize...I use concentrace.

Masaro Emoto has some fascinating books in water structure and restructuring.

I learned about you through that Mercola article on iodine. I’m reading your writings with interest. Thanks for your good work!

For one who has eliminated the obvious from their diet, including iodized salt? , eats no fast or restaurant food and buys their whole foods at Walmart, would seaweed be a diet supplement to consider and if so what seaweeds? and purchased from whom or from where?

Any thoughts on very infrequent, as needed use, to frequent, as needed use of .5% or 1% "povidone-iodine solution 10%" in normal saline oral / nasal antiviral spray? I have read analysis showing a fair amount of such use is still less iodine intake than is normally consumed in the Japanese diet without recognized ill effect. Does this sound like a rational comparison as organically? bound iodine in seaweed is obviously not the same as povidone complex bound iodine?

I have found very infrequent, as needed, use of .5% "povidone-iodine solution 10%" in sterile normal saline, used as homemade oral / nasal antiviral spray, to be a "comfort" these past 3 years.

Thank You

Just take selenium too and it sounds ds like you are using reasonable amounts. Seaweed can Cary in iodine content so specific servings are not really possible.

Some sprinkled at the table daily and occasional side dish of sea weed is likely reasonable.

Nice validation. Love your work as well.

Started having breast "pain" similar to engorgement, 35 yrs ago. A newly settled TCM dr I met while at a martial arts class started a conversation with me. I asked him for knowledge re my issue. Straight out...No tap water and take kelp until mild headache, then reduce. Was reading Adelle Davis at the time and used E and selenium combo with the kelp. 10 days a month, 16th cycle day. What a relief. No moods, no pain, slept well. Took until MP which was mild to no symptoms. Now on occasions....life saver.

Gee, I just bought dried seaweed snacks, craving it. I got cautious after hyperthyroidism but have been drinking fluoridated water. I should stop.

Kelp has great amino supply as well.

I got the tablets as not fond of the oily oxidative component of the snacks. Straight seaweed is nice in brown rice with lemon grass.

Red heads have a common denominator of thyroid issues.

I stopped all tap water and make sure my RO water that I remineralize

has no fluoride ppm. Also do not use fluoridated tooth paste and avoid most green and black teas due to fluoride content even though natural form, competes for receptor binding.

I need to do something about my water - get a filtration system beyond a Pur pitcher.
