Wow. Look at baicalin effects. Impressive.

I want to buy it but I can’t find it on Amazon Canada/ Amazon.ca.

It’s often associated with balcalein when I google it. It’s hard to find info specific to baicalin vs balcalein. But are effects totally the same as in the study?

They are similar and from the same plant, Scutallaria, I think. Spelling may be wrong. https://www.hindawi.com/journals/jchem/2016/2510621/

There are lots to choose from of other aids if you can't find that one.

Thanks. That was helpful.

I forgot.....

I only take thyme tea when I’m sick due to the supposed estrogen issue. I’m hitting sixty years old.

Does the other source plant scutellaria roots have the same estrogen issue? Does anyone know if it’s safe for me?

Also. I take quercetin at night. When sick I take it twice a day.

Is it safe to take balcalin and quecertin both? Or is it too much?

Phytonutrients are pretty safe because they are modulators. Rebalancing what is out of balance.

I am unaware of an issue with use of thyme. I would need to look that up.

In the UK I would order Scutellaria Baicalensis Liquid from amritanutrition.co.uk the brand is Supreme Nutriton Products.

Try searching for 'scullcap' or 'scutellaria.' The brand I use currently is Horbäach (not an endorsement / not affiliated in any way).

Oooooh. Ok. I’ll look.

You are taking it? Do you find it helpful and in what ways?

Since it's an antioxidant, you wouldn't necessarily notice any specific effect unless you have really bad inflammatory symptoms. Also, since I use similar supps like berberine (oregon grape), chaparral (larrea tridentata), curcumin and quercetin, it's hard to single-out effects of one or another. As with the gut microbiome, the diversity and alternation of supplements is important.

Hi. Thanks for your reply.

Yeah. Even though I made health changes I still have inflammation. I also have joints that suffered injuries so I find anything anti inflammatory helpful for pain and mobility.

I think you answered one of my new questions I just asked too. Lol

Thanks!!!!!
