OMGosh…

Subsequent to correspondence on Substack… 6 hours later…

A Dr. Berg short on benefits of Melatonin and Glutathione…

You may find this of interest.

The research was posted a year ago…

He does a very complete job…

Explaining in layperson language…

INCLUDING near-infrared technology and it’s benefits in conjunction with melatonin…

Basically sent the comment because things electronic these days seem a bit too coincidental🙄🤣

You may find this 12 minute short of interest/benefit…

Correct me here PLEASE:

Had increasing level of interrupted sleep.

Increased dosage of chewable melatonin to 1 every time I woke up at night!

I mean, the max one can wake is every hour…mine every 2hours…

Each time I awoke ( after my initial 10 pm 20 mg of Melatonin = 4x/ night

Increased dosage to 40 mg.

Woke 3x/ night.

Did this over 2week period…

Took pills each time I woke

Documented all progress…

After 2 weeks intermittent waking has subsided…

Now maybe 40 mg 1 -2 times a night.

Was melatonin depleted from the body? Did it have to accumulate to work?

Feel calmer and engaged during the day…able to remain calm in extenuating circumstance!

Please remind folks to use melatonin wisely, as 1 little pill per night may be insufficient?

Divided doses is the key it seems. 600 mg per day was used in 5 divided doses (~120 mg X 5) for CoV effectively and safely.

I use about 10-20 mg 2-3 times a day when not slacking like today. So busy. I am exhausted

Hi Jennifer - Will you please provide advice or links as to where we can find methylated supplements (i.e. B vitamins and others)?

Thank you so very much for all you do!

See page Prenatal/Child on Jenniferdepew.com.

It is quite long and includes B vitamins food sources in a later section and some methyl B supplement examples.
