Detox for vinyl chloride and other toxins

Topical: aloe vera, black seed oil, Essential oils in carrier oil - Frankincense. Rosemary, Tea tree oil, others? Epsom salt soaks or lotion, Cool compresses; think of it as somewhat burn like.
Nrf2 promoters, black seed oil, EPA/DHA, vit C, D. Alpha lipoic acid,
methyl folate, methyl B12, choline, niacin, thiamine, riboflavin- throw in pathothenic acid, B6 and betaine for a complete B party 🥳
iodine, selenium, manganese, boron, (a good trace mineral complex),
more vitamin C, smaller more frequent doses is more help than one mega dose a day.
Pomegranate or citrus or other fruit peels (mango, papaya, others) have powerful anti-inflammatory and liver protecting benefits.
Milk Thistle for the liver. Don't overeat helps the liver and not too much fructose or alcohol.
Water, exercise, sunshine, good sleep habits, not worrying. 😬😵💫🙂🤷

My mom may be right about me needing to smile more, there is only one in the video.
I got a comment on Twitter about the dark picture - the whole video is dark. It was dark, no power. Listen. I should remake it but with organized notes.
I think it would be nice if what I had to say counted more than fancy video. But reality exists. I don't have internet yet so I can resize photos or make the links work.
