My mom may be right about me needing to smile more, there is only one in the video.
I got a comment on Twitter about the dark picture - the whole video is dark. It was dark, no power. Listen. I should remake it but with organized notes.
I think it would be nice if what I had to say counted more than fancy video. But reality exists. I don't have internet yet so I can resize photos or make the links work.

Correct me here PLEASE:
Had increasing level of interrupted sleep.
Increased dosage of chewable melatonin to 1 every time I woke up at night!
I mean, the max one can wake is every hourā¦mine every 2hoursā¦
Each time I awoke ( after my initial 10 pm 20 mg of Melatonin = 4x/ night
Increased dosage to 40 mg.
Woke 3x/ night.
Did this over 2week periodā¦
Took pills each time I woke
Documented all progressā¦
After 2 weeks intermittent waking has subsidedā¦
Now maybe 40 mg 1 -2 times a night.
Was melatonin depleted from the body? Did it have to accumulate to work?
Feel calmer and engaged during the dayā¦able to remain calm in extenuating circumstance!
Please remind folks to use melatonin wisely, as 1 little pill per night may be insufficient?
