Wormwood has thujone and is a risk if overstepped and used in quantity, of seizures.
I use about an 1/8 th teaspoon in a cup of tea steeped for a brief couple minutes. An oily sheen on the water represents thujone content. I use other tea as tge flavor base. It is bitter and sugar helps.
Sweet Wormwood is milder in flavor and has no thujone. I bought the wrong kind, but it may be more potent against CoV.
