On content marketing: it is highly energy consuming to post on multiple platforms. I know that I only have enough bandwidth for two or three at the most. If you were selling product, it might be worth hiring someone to do it for you. Otherwise, pick a couple and don't worry about it. (Also - why on earth would you care what the Woke camp wants?)

Re understanding the Woke? Public Health hat tries to reach everyone- find out what their blockers are and what motivates them. Then provide messaging showing benefits healthy changes can provide.

Thanks. I am still trying to figure out who myself is. Early childhood trauma stunted me emotionally at that age a little and now I am catching up.
I couldn't agree more with how the concept of self care is misunderstood. Caring for our Self is nourishing our soul vs being selfish is feeding our ego with painted nails.
