JD - Shrooms would be able to help reset LPS induced tolerance. A while back you were collaborating with Frank Herrmann re: β-1.6-glucan found on Baker's yeast.

Interesting info. Wonder if the beta glucan from barley fibre can do the same or similar. SunnyBoy foods out of Alberta has a couple products.
