Your parents are blessed to have a daughter like you who has helped them so much!

Thank you. I am glad they got time together at the end with mom less histamine anxious. She was calmer and could sit with him compared to when he was feeding them both a histamine rich diet.

I have a question regarding Pom Peel.

I now just make a huge pot of tea with the Pom peel and other herbs. After it has softened I give it a mash to break it up.

As I pour cups of tea I do it through a filter.

Do you think I am getting the nutrients out of the peel this way? Or do I have to dry the Pom peel and eat it? If so I don’t know if I could do it. Lol.

That certainly works - just making tea. Don't overheat is important. gentle simmer about 20 minutes to 30 minutes seems to work for a strong tea or extract.

Extract just means you used more peel in ratio to water and a concentrate that you use by spoonful is the result.

Oh. Ok. Thanks!

Lol. I didn’t hear from you in my “ inbox”.

So I thought. Aha. Betcha they put your reply in my junk/spam again.

Yup. I found you. Lol. Just letting you know they are still doing it occasionally. Lol

Take care.

Costing as much as your daily latte...and probably more effective too with less off-target effects.

“Radical idea for cancer treatment - consider working on restoring health to the cytoplasm and mitochondria and the body will take care of the cells with bad DNA.” Could not agree more but what is the protocol you’d recommend to achieve that?
