Thank you.

Read this article to my mum. (Who had a old expired bottle in the back of her fridge from years ago.)

I had to translate every line into Italian. (Should probably have plugged the article into a translator but she got the gist after a few minutes...)

I've done my best over the years, to deeply research, improve her health, and add to her quality of life (she's pushing 91) but?

She still mostly "trusts her doctors"... who do nothing but stare at the computer screen, listen to her heart with requisite stethoscope, take her blood pressure, and prescribe.

As I'm typing this: I'm also watching her roll around the back patio in her recently acquired walker, due to her recent fear of falling. (She is constantly dizzy. Not due to being over-medicated though... 😉)

She stopped my reading, and explanation of the terminology and instructed me to purchase 2 bottles of organic pomegranate juice, STAT!

Told her I should probably juice organic pomegranates, as well as simmer the skins for a possibly beneficial tincture but hey... baby walker steps eh? 🤣

En route to the organic market!

Cheers and thanks so much for constantly providing your readers with such valuable data! ❤ 🌹🌻

We already started occasionally the pomgrenade Rx thanks to Jenns articles a while back but this one was so 🎯🎯🎯that I sent to own fam and said we starting this daily and was thinking I'm next gonna send to our Italian 80-90 yo parents n aunts uncle already on statins n dm2 and cousins cuz we love our food eh

But I'm now eating their bitter green salad from garden now and I think our healthy eating and joie de vivre , passion for life sure helps them live that long and still be pretty healthy overall and yes do they trust their docs over what we say ..but baby steps is key!

There is a powder form of Pom from a solid company that I have to find again and likely use that instead of the juice

Ciao 🤌

Thanks! So glad your mother was interested. I have more pomegranate articles from GreenMedInfo lined up to post one a day for a few days, and there are more for me to look at too. There is a fabulous amount of positive research regarding pomegranate efficacy and safety.

Thank You for this post. Any thoughts or recomendations as to what brand or type of pomegranate juice, what time to drink and in what state "fasted" or "fed" drinking is best or on divided dose periodic drinking.? Thank You

Thank you for the information.

I've taken a liking to prepackaged dried pomegranate seeds. It is the only ingredient. Will this provide me with the same nutrients as juice or the peel?

Long term statins can cause depletion of vitamin K2, which is a powerful antioxidant and regulator of D & calcium so that it doesn't help calcify your arteries, thus having the opposite effect on mortality. If I had any I would flush them down the loo, best place for them.

recently added pomegranate juice after your previous mentions, diluting it with pineapple juice and drinking with a straw to avoid/reduce teeth staining.
