This part is hilarious! Like so many things big oharma blabbers about "The most common criticism against preliminary research like this is that since it has not yet been proven safe and effective in human clinical trials it would be irresponsible, if not illegal, to use it to prevent, mitigate or treat any disease." It is indeed a laughing matter and people should really start to cut the dependance life cord with these highly unethical 3letter groups and admit that we are indoctrinatrd by their daily blabber. Who are they to say it is irresponsible to use juice for any treatment, but alas! Cancer is their dividend, their property to treat, they are the kings of cancer treatment. I have read somewhere on substack about a mom's child been removed from her for not accepting the leukemia cancer diagnosis (with treatment) for her child, when she said she is. seeking a second opinion. The more these fascist ways are showing, the more it shows you how desperately greedy the financial part of it is. And millions added to their account! People have to sell their homes to fill the pockets of big pharma, and always the mia culpa, that the loved ones are to be blamed when they are not showing their big love for big parma treatment. Heil to big pharma, always accepting that we do NOT ask too many questions, and omitting the fact that they can NOT cure the cancer stem cells, hushing about that, hoping you will be back for another chemo, when it starts growing back. What are the statistics on cancer chemo treatment success, is'nt it 1 in 5?

Yes, really horrible how the bad treatments are forced on people, let alone taking away kids to force it. But it happens.

Thanks Jennifer for reminding us again to take pomegranate ! Bytheway does both peel extract and fruit extract (40% ellagic acid) have same benefits ?

The juice and peel have some similar and some different benefits and the peel is LOTS more potent. 1/2 teaspoon pith on my salad a couple times today, example use. With some seeds on the salad too. and I have 2 ounces of juice most days, some days.

Additive benefits, but if only limited budget, focus on the peel, saving and peel, making the strong tea with it.

this is my question too... do you need to eat the peel, or the white pithy part, and how much of it, and is the peel safe to eat. You may have answered this question in your extensive writings! I will start to rummage, maybe find the answer.

If i juice the fruit ahould i eat the white and pips as well, i have a centrifugal juicer that gives me 60% juice and 40% pulp. And which one is the best cultivar? Ek have one with light pink seeds that is not as sweet and tasty as the dark red ones (feom israel) Ypu get ones with dark red seeds as well. Can you give us the latin name of the plant please and rhe best ones. I see we get pipless ones as well, but then i don't know if the plant looses its healthy abilities by not having the pip anymore... Thank you for your wonderful info and insight we always get.

The white and pips could be ground to add to soup maybe. It is nutritious but would be potent with the pith and seeds mixed together. Like garnish a salad with a spoonful, not eat all of it at once.

If they make extract, is it from the juice alone or do they press the seed/pip as well?
