I'm at a stage of looking forward to your comments, or thinking about it later, and had missed this one. Poker tell - Who is this Nattering Naybob person?
I am behind on my schedule but still am excited about the semi-plan.
I have mostly enjoyed your 'book reports' on topics that are available in large complicated volumes that I'm not going to read. Being the slowest reader on the planet. The EZ water stuff especially, and your personal insights.
Also, I got a pomegranate finally. It seems like kind of a luxury, but if I am using the peel that is more practical !
Yes, they can get expensive but the rind can be air dried easily unless in a super humid climate and the inner pith can be minced, rinsed in vitamin C in water, drained and frozen to use in small amounts as you need it. I use about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of the inner pith fresh once or twice a day. I haven't been making my daily tea since having so many unidentified health issues. I simplified things.
My goal with the series would be to provide a book report/summary in bite size chunks that are easier to find again. I have been having some real trouble finding my own older work - vague memory that isn't enough to bring up a title. We'll see how it goes.
oh good, thanks for details on how to use pomegranate again. I know I could find them in your writings if I looked but it was kind of you to put them right here for me!
I usually dry everything in a paper bag in the fridge - mushrooms, herbs Etc. That way I can use them fresh if I get around to it in time, and not worry about it if I don't.
The outer rind would dry better with the inner pith removed and leave out of the humid fridge between two paper towels. The inner pith and peel whole does keep for about two weeks or so, but eventually browns too much. Browned loses the medicinal qualities. My main page on pomegranate peel is at effectivecare.info / G13. Pomegranate. G10 Nrf2 Promoting Foods also has a section on it. JD's Healthy Bistro menu does it again.

Thank you and the pleasure is all mine.
I’m very interested in everything you mentioned today!

*btw, Dr Vasquez's book Inflammation Mastery is 1200 pages long. ;-)
It is very good, but he openly states that he wrote it for people who want more depth. Many people want less depth.

thanks! The effective care info is really comprehensive, it is going to be printed off and saved with the cookbooks!
I made that into a document too and just added the two more recent graphics and posts. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/qyr81immk5excqf97byfa/Pomegranate-Benefits-and-Preparation-2.pdf?rlkey=a2vr9rfs2fwr4fmd5jng3qbtv&dl=0
