I can add a meager note on shingles - which recurred for me '21 as it did many exposed to vaccinated people (and mine sweats a lot ha ha) - topical application of wet vitamin c crystals as paste killed the sores within 24 hours. I was so grateful.
It's not the worst problem on your list by any stretch of the imagination, but curing it can feel like a godsend.
