Bookmarked, thanks Jen!

We know about the balance between D, Ca, Mg & K2, but there a few papers out there researching mk4 to ameliorate/rescue bone reabsorption caused by Mg deficiency to some degree.

I take mk4 but bioavailability is low so you need to, ideally, take with fats (fat soluble) and generally in higher doses than Mk7.

I need to get a bigger dose supplement. When I looked closer, I have a minimal dose.

Jennifer , is there an upgrade to paid ? How can I compensate you for all of your excellent information ? I am sure it takes very much time to compile !! Best , Tamara

Thanks Tamara! If that is a nudge to set up paid subscriptions I appreciate the thought. I had trouble a long time ago and never tried again.

I did spend more time on teeth then I expected 🤯
