The expert on Targeted Individuals includes not seeking psychiatric treatment as a recommendation and I would have to agree. Especially after recently watching a half dozen lengthy training courses for therapists by NICABM. The phrasing and some of the techniques being recommended would be encouraging a person ‘hearing voices’ to think of it as being Dissociative Identity Disorder if not schizophrenia.

Voice to skull transmissions in Targeted Individuals - torture is happening.
Voice to skull transmissions are possible and most often is a computerized voice that might sound like the person’s abusive father as an example. Twenty four hours of chatter occurs saying things like “You’re worthless, you should kill yourself,” in the abusive father example. Targeted Individuals have been asked to write it all down for a while, so others can see/hear what is being messaged, and that text seemed to be a Chatbot AI type of random conversation generator. Keeping someone’s mind constantly full of noise would make it extremely hard to think and do any normal work.
Subliminal messages may be used on gobs of people and an odd compulsion might be an indicator. Was a buying trend for an expensive brand of travel mugs a test by the CIA to see which consumers were most susceptible to a subliminal message to go buy a specific utilitarian item? Richard doesn’t share the specific brand item he suspected that happened with. This brand is my guess - Are Yeti insulated cups worthy of the hype? [or price “$60”?] (reddit.com/r/are_yeti_insulated_cups_worthy_of_the_hype/) *I was wrong - Stanley brand went trendy at Christmas of 2023/Jan 2024, and rivalry between Yeti fans likely added to the ensuing meme-a-thon.

It looks like the alpha and beta group testing (of subliminal messaging “Go buy an insulated cup”) would have been more woke Stanley buyers and maybe more conservative Yeti buyers? I am sharing a selection of Stanley memes but the linked post has more.
Richard Lighthouse does suggest that if you own one of the trendy cups, that you might take it as a red flag regarding your own suggestibility to subliminal messaging. The CIA found that about 33% of us are more suggestible than the other two thirds.
Health and diet tips to reduce suggestibility:
Elevated dopamine makes us more susceptible to hypnosis or the placebo/nocebo effect. The Fear response/worry/stress would also increase risk. Being low in magnesium and B vitamins can follow stress/fear and would also likely add to susceptibility.
I had wondered about the brand when I saw a huge display of them at the front of a very small hardware supply store. I had also been astonished to see that travel mugs elsewhere cost over $20 regularly. In this day and age, we can buy a cheap electronic device for that price. Why should a travel mug cost that much? Because people got adjusted to the idea of paying $60 for a name-brand one maybe?
NICABM counseling video re “voices” and What is DID?
In one of the NICABM videos, an example given regarding “hearing voices” was that what you do about the voice is the main issue - if you think the neighbors are spying on you, but you don’t do anything about it, Good, but if you go confront them about it, Bad. Seeing a therapist who just thinks you are crazy is not going to help you cope during a truly bad situation, that is really happening.
I was very concerned about the way the series handled “voices” - schizophrenia and DID ‘voices’ were blended as if there is no way to tell the difference, and also that it is completely normal for all of us to have different “parts”.
DID was also described in an old-fashioned way - it would be visible in a client who sounded and dressed differently from appointment to appointment - that is how Hollywood portrayed it. Usually, the inner persona is being protected and the whole point of a cover persona is to not give away that there is anything different going on - just a person being a person.
CIA goal of Targeted Individual programs - disable the person from effectively acting, maybe even promote suicide
The goal of the CIA program seems to be to get the targeted individual to commit suicide, or do something that leads to arrest and prison, or psychiatric commitment or psych drugs that do generally cause worse mental and physical health or psychiatric treatment that clearly is going to lead a person to be soothed into thinking “Yes, I must be kind of crazy and this kind therapist is so kind and caring.” Talk therapists are frequently another route to psychiatric drugs because many encourage them or even may require a prescription for therapy to continue.
Directed Energy Weapons in our neighborhoods
Cell towers can be adjusted for use as a directed beam of microwave energy and it has been used to burn or molest citizens. Targeted Individuals generally have never been accused of a crime or linked to terrorism - they could be anyone or might be someone who politically is supposed to be silenced.

I realized years ago that directed microwaves could be used as weapons. And then 4G with your cell phone when I found out the power supplies for the towers were much bigger than they need to be. And then the potential for 5G to be accurately directed and meshed. And these weapons can reach nearly everyone and everywhere. Especially considering all the home routers now and low earth satellites.
My question is what criteria is being used. Is it AI directed or human intervention. What determines whether it is a physiological or psychological attack. Or maybe it’s an attack on loved ones to take you out of action.
It would seem to me that short of a lethal direct attack, the best countermeasure is awareness of its existence.
