I heard on a Dr. Robert Young podcast that raw unprocessed undenatured salt binds to the graphene oxide via electric charge and removes it. I guess that “no salt” mantra by the medical community could be another malevolent tale to keep GO in our bodies to kill us since they’ve been loading us up with it for so long.

Interesting. I have been using a lot of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt on my food to the point of wondering if I should try to use less. It tastes better though, so I salt to taste.

I have also been using the pink Himalayan salt lately...it’s more natural and I heard it’s good for you...so is the black salt. I have also heard black pepper, cayenne pepper and cinnamon are good detoxes...and cilantro very good detox.

I had to give up cilantro due to the awful after taste of soap for hours. Not sure how to over come that. Lol.

I have heard that's the effect on 1 in 6 people. Genetic disposition.

Yeah. I read that too and it sucks.

It lasts for many hours so l learned to avoid it all together.

I wish there was a way to suppress it or something so the soap taste doesn’t last so long.

I guess I don't get the soap taste.

Blender, fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, coconut flour/cream, raw greens, adjust to taste?

The soap thing is said to be a genetic quirk.

It doesn't taste soapy to me. I tend to have it on a lettuce salad or with refried beans and a salad.
