Thank you. Love structured water info.

Have been using encased magnets in sun teas. The 10 min stir is key. Half our yr is winter here. Make enough for ice cubes... 1 a day during sun season to last through winter if freezer space available.

Very welcome. I am still learning. I was thinking grow lights in the winter - if infrared radiation worked then the intense grow lights might make sun tea and grow some herbs or lettuce or house plants at the same time you get some circadian health light. Northern hemisphere is too dark in winter. I didn't do well with just room lights.

I've been quite glad to have found your substack.

typically contains much interesting information I've not seen in other places. and the things you've posted that I have seen before aren't typical mainstream mumbo-jumbo.

thanks for your ongoing efforts to share data with the rest of us.

Hi, thanks for adding that factoid from your past. I meant to add a link to one of your papers but got sidetracked and then published it, forgetting.

I used guaifenesin daily for quite a while at one stage too, in my healing, but I haven't heard of Dr St. Amand's protocol.

I had a question for you regarding the use of sunshine for structuring water - does it need to be in glass jars or will plastic work too? Plastic bottles left in the sun for a couple days is a recommended and tested method for sterilizing clear water taught and used in African nations by some groups.
