Regarding one of the questions asked at the end: Vortices and torsion fields are chiral flows of energy and charge. In water, they create and sustain the Exclusion Zone (EZ) layer — the structured, negatively charged water adjacent to hydrophilic surfaces. The Zeta potential is the electrical signature of that EZ layer: higher zeta potential means more structured water, more coherence. Hydrophobicity is the opposite — it repels water, disrupts the EZ layer, and collapses the vortices within a watery environment. Coherence is a vortex for the concentrated phase of quantum hydrogen. With one important distinction. So-called EZ water is only sustained when energized or up against certain molecules/surfaces or confined in tiny spaces. Your torsion field is increasing the amount of concentrated, faster streaming quantum hydrogen out of a more diffuse background 'sea', the 11 km/s roughly (but in water environment). Big spiral or huge galaxies can have dark matter speed/amount at closer to 200 km/s. While red dwarves are old and have little to none of the fast type. ...but they don't fall out of the sky onto us because of the background 'sea' making a phonon field which is gravity. Standard Model hasn't been able to prove itself because it is based on inaccurate assumptions. There is really no proof that Dark Matter is a non-interactive diffuse cloud of particles.
I can't agree with the basic premise that M & M found 'no aether'... they found a slower than expected aether. Lorentz expected ~ 30, M&M's hypothesis was set at that, 30, but they found ~ 5-7 ...which isn't zero. It was "null" for a hypothesis of 30 however. ... quantum hydrogen is the 'superlight' and does move at quantum tunneling speeds... but also at a velocity averaging 11 km/s in Earth mountain elevation. Dayton Miller's work was recalculated by both James DeMeo and Maurice Allais and both stood by it. It was valid but Miller had made a calculating error and came up with the wrong direction for where Earth is slowly drifting (which is toward the star Vega which is part of a much bigger/faster spiral galaxy.
