This article from 2014 talks on this.. I'm using Remin toothpaste once a day when I think of it, not daily .. then regular fluoride at night.. oh well taking some risks cuz something or other is gonna kill us anyway.. but I'll look into the 35% one more

Noticed it's nano tech.. should we be cautious with that as many fearing anything nano?

The titanium dioxide is a negative. Nanoparticles can be hard for the body to remove internally.
I did buy the brand to try it. I'll probably report back on what I think about it.
