Love nettle tea for it's kidney-cleansing properties. I've also heard that people used to make veggie pie with nettle filling...haven't tried that, but there's so much of it around, why not?
After a while the stinging doesn’t even bother you anymore.
Lucky you to not be histamine sensitive. I have dysfunctional genes for both histamine breakdown enzymes.

One a day should do, in lieu of nettle tea.

Anyone has experience with infusing nettle with honey? Is it effective? How long should it take to infuse?
