Lucky you to not be histamine sensitive. I have dysfunctional genes for both histamine breakdown enzymes.

Has anyone ever called you enigmatic?

My nettle supplement has 600 mg 'tops including stinging hairs' urtica dioica

with 440 mg quercetin.

Love nettle tea for it's kidney-cleansing properties. I've also heard that people used to make veggie pie with nettle filling...haven't tried that, but there's so much of it around, why not?
