I think home made biochar is activated charcoal and have made this for a lot of years with success in my woodburner.

Evil mad scientists have too much funding.
Increased creatine kinase from rhabdomyolysis is a known risk in inactive elderly who have fallen and stay in one position for several hours.
Hope it clears quickly.
Thanks, yes, almost normal level today. She was awake and fairly normal communication for her. Weak though. But a turn around from yesterday morning.
