Retinoid toxicity meets PCOS, and 2023; PCOS Protocol pdf
Woot, this is big - really. Seeing it all together - diet is a huge factor and gene issues that are partially reversible with diet or supplement help. #HappyDance #HapppyNewYear too!
This (PCOS Protocol pdf) is expanded with the retinol link to excess androgen production and incorporates the supplement specifics from the earlier post with the last post - train the trainers correctly - or go straight to the patients - either way is a route to better health and possibly reversal of the excess androgen and mitochondrial dysfunction.
When the trainer is trained wrong, they train others in the wrong methods - Passing it forward, like intergenerational trauma. #whistleblower #iodine #PCOS (substack.com)

Iodine deficiency and bromide and fluoride excess has been a Culling tactic in place in the US since the 1950's. Repercussions in my PCOS protocol https://denutrients.substack.com/p/retinoid-toxicity-meets-pcos-and The academic world lies about iodine and bad research is still cited and patients mistreated. Iodine withheld from iodine deficiency conditions. * protocol format because I spent some money on Dietitian training by an independent Dietitian/other specialist person. It is the wrong information and others are being trained in it and clients are being mistreated with it at significant cost. To put a price ticket on it, you would get far, far less, and be charged $147 for a PCOS protocol as her client. #Culling is old and ongoing and it has affected generations of the US already.
*Chimeric CoV is just the latest in a long line of covert tactics to control or reduce fertility of the population on average. We need to look at the bigger picture, HIV1 was the first PCR scamdemic and was treated with a drug so bad it wasn’t approved for cancer treatment - it causes symptoms similar to ‘AIDS’. Reducing iodine and replacing with bromide and fluoride has been going on three and half generations now and the damage is accumulating with each mother to daughter transition.
System wide change is needed with first recognizing that a lot of it is based on wrong assumptions that have been pushed forward with grants and awards and pretty patient forums to “help” the suffering individuals see the helpful treatment meds being promoted on the not obviously pharma linked site. *Be suspicious of the ‘free’ pretty sites and forums with moderators. Who is paying the moderators or what incentives do they have? They may be gullible patients too who believe in the narrative.
The Retinoid part:
PCOS may have elevated androgens due to gene variants in Retinoic acid metabolism leading to more androgen production in ovary theca cells.
Because complex is never complex enough in physiology – Vitamin A excess may worsen the androgen levels associated with PCOS due to gene variants.
Results suggest that the changes lead to theca interna cells of the ovary activating retinol, vitamin A, to the active all-trans retinoic acid (atRA) form. In theca cells from normal patients atRA and 9-cis RA led to more dehydroepiandrosterone production and atRA led to more testosterone. In theca cells from PCOS patients, atRA, 9-cis-Retinoic acid, and retinol (inactive vitamin A) treatments all led to more production of both dehydroepiandrosterone and testosterone. Progesterone levels were not affected by retinoid treatments. (Wickenheisser, et al., 2005)
If vitamin A increases androgens in PCOS then the dietary solution may be to strictly limit vitamin A foods. This includes: liver, meats, fortified dairy products, carrots, tomatoes, peaches, and one-a-day vitamin supplements – so it is not as easy as it may sound at first. But better health is worth the effort!
