Step 1, find someone living on the street, and give them a room in your house. I make less than 30 grand a year and have done this many times over the last 25 years, had 4 people who could not pay rent live with me, (one at a time). Sadly, few people are really willing to share on this level. I am a pagan not into any god/s.

It can be nice to share space. That is nice of you. Many people can't very well.

...t'weren't always easy but I batted about .500 which is all you can ask for anyway.

Some folks are looking for help in reasonable things. It just seems inevitable.

shelter, water food is so real, this is hard to watch. I have received eternal

gratitude from a few and that is pretty nice.

People don’t want to see it. “That can’t be true.” So evil continues unchallenged. I recommend all my friends n family to get their homocysteine levels checked. Most doctors won’t order it and people won’t pay out of pocket. My cousin had a homocysteine of 18 n his doc said that was ok! When the solution is nutrition n supplements they drop the ball because the only tool they have in their tool box is a prescription pad.

I have learned a lot on the homocysteine topic and need to collate it with what I already had - it adds yet more complexity/layers. gak

But yes, scientists are baffled/unsure why just focusing on reducing homocysteine isn't working and why there is a DNA methylation deficit. ooookay, but it is more complex than just the missing methyl donors, methionine, folate, B12, - zinc, B6, choline, riboflavin, DMG may also be needed.

Too often, like in Alzheimer's -- OH LOOK we have a beta amyloid problem, rather than a histamine excess and lack of methyl donors (and others) problem.
