I wonder if yerba mate would fall in the category of green tea and contain ECGC. It apparently has the full complement of amino acids if I recall correctly

(hemp seeds too). It is used by natives in the Patagonia region as sustenance when game is scarce.

Spill the beans… you’ve got stock in Pomegranate Inc, haven’t you. 😁 Thanks for all your efforts Jennifer! 🙏💖

Yerba mate has chlorogenic acid, a phenolic acid with similar benefits as EGCG in green tea - per this Organic Mate sales site: https://www.organicmate.net/yerba-mate-vs-green-tea/

I took on the Jenny Pomegranate Seed mission in 2017. It was so amazingly helpful for my overwhelming anxiety at that time. I stopped using medical marijuana which had been helping a mast cell overactivity type problem and eating a half a pomegranate worth of seeds per day helped make it more bearable anxiety. It was histamine excess. Pomegranate phytonutrients help inhibit mast cell degranulation.

*like Johnny Appleseed of childhood legends - except he planted the seeds and grew the trees literally.

Thanks!

I may make that into a condensed graphic somehow - a polyphenol chart.
