I started fasting from Sunday night approx 8 pm to Tuesday approx 4 pm 3 weeks ago. I will go longer after 4 weeks. I must say while in a fasting state I feel amazing. I have read 2 of Dr. Jason Fung books on fasting. Fyi I worked up to this with intermittent fasting for months.
