My wife and I (60 & 61yo) are both “metabolically healthy”. We eat clean, do not drink alcohol, do not take prescription drugs, avoid the sick HC system, build muscle, get quality sleep and sunlight, and take plenty of healthy promoting supplements…And both are unjabbed…
My wife has be having issues with dizziness, vertigo, headaches, and just generally not feel “well”…Like something is not quite right”. She thought it might be an ear infection. The ENT found nothing wrong with her ears and suggested an MRI.
The MRI showed an “old Lacunar infarct in the anterior left corona radiata”.
This probably have a year ago when my wife experience dizziness and needed to be driven home from work.
The only thing we can come up with for all of these symptoms without any reasonable “comorbidities” is the COVID virus/spike protein. 🤷
S1 subunit is the specific harm to inner ear via TRP channel effects, so pomegranate peel to prevent fusion cleavage would be my treatment approach - prevent S1 and protect the body by having less S1.
It is endemic - spread by exosome from anyone jabbed. I have found myself worse after being in medical settings for a while. Like a trip to the ER for a broken toe X-ray.
I'm still in the adding parts phase, phospholipids are not a small topic, nor autoimmune disease, but I plan to organize all the parts into a document/pdf download with the full reference list. and maybe expand the sections into separate chapters in a book outline. My Leptin Resistance Protocol has a bitter phytonutrient menu example.
Thank you! Yes…it’s been an amazing deep-dive and I am still trying to make sense of it all…Lot’s of moving parts. Organizing in a pdf will be very helpful! I just had a massive pomegranate and harvested the seeds…Didn’t think to save the peel! 😔
Is this how to prepare the peel?
To prepare pomegranate peels for use, you can separate the peels from the fruit, wash them, and then dry and grind them into a powder:
1. Separate the peels
You can cut a circle around the edge of the pomegranate to create a pentagon, then cut around the cork and pull it out. You can also pry off the top with your finger and follow the white lines between the seeds to make cuts.
2. Wash
Wash the peels thoroughly.
3. Dry
Place the peels in a warm window or oven at a low temperature for 2–3 days, or until they are completely dry.
4. Grind
Transfer the peels to a blender or food processor and grind them into a fine powder.
5. Store
Store the powder in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one month.
You can use pomegranate peel powder to make tea, exfoliants, or face masks:
Tea
Add a coffee filter to a pour over coffee maker or tea kettle, pour hot water over it, and let it steep for five minutes.
Exfoliant or face mask
Dilute the powder with 1–2 tablespoons of water to create a paste. You can use it on your body, but it might be too grainy for your face.
Spot test
Before using the powder, test it on your hand to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction.
My current lazy method is to mince the inner pith and mix it with some powdered vitamin C to prevent browning and I freeze it to add to soup or salad during off pomegranate season.
I separate the inner pith from the rind. The rind can air dry reasonably well but the inner pith needs a food dehydrator to not oxidize. If it browns it is no longer medicinal. I did grind the inner pith to use as a powder but I only use the rind to make tea or extract as the tannin ratio seems significantly higher in the rind. I have a pomegranate prep post pinned on my homepage.
Interesting that this post came when it did…

Have you seen this post from Chris Masterjohn on the "The Biomechanics of Immune Dysfunction".
Just reading your post "It seems, that both mitochondria and microbiome bacteria need us to be moving a little"...
Yes indeed, movement seems to matter at the cellular-biochemical level...
Mind-blowing...

Thanks, I will read! Chris does good work and I am way behind on reading it.
