Hi, Jen--is there a specific brand of nicotine lozenge you would recommend?

Not really. I use Sam's club Member's Mark brand because my parents shop there and they had it. I get the 4 mg because the price is the same as 2 mg and I just nibble off tiny sections.

How much nicotine would you need to ingest daily for weight loss?

I just wrote a long reply about niacin, misunderstanding the question, and it disappeared, just as well. Nicotine for GLP-1 weight loss ~ 10 mg maybe over the whole day would be ~ half a pack worth of cigarettes. I tend to use too much. It is a dopamine exciting thing. More is going to have more of an appetite reducing effect, up to a point where dopamine excess can actually cause binge eating behavior maybe (late night scrolling and blue light, plus nicotine lozenges >>>> late night snacking on weird stuff. //// Niacin answer: Serotonin excess or deficiency is a risk to mood and physical symptoms. Only gradually increase or decrease use of nicotinic acid and limit vitamin C to 250 mg if taking high doses of niacin/nicotinic acid. 25 mg > 50 mg > 100 mg > 250 mg > 250 mg twice a day > 500 mg and 250 mg > 500 mg twice a day > 1000 mg and 500 mg > 1000 mg twice a day. I started noticing more energy and weight loss towards the upper end, 500 mg or more, a couple times a day.
