Thanks. Dr. Tau Braun was first on the topic for me, spring 2021. His info on Facebook was mentioned to me when I was still ill with passive exposure colitis. Nicotine helped, 10 mg a day was my start with a half a patch a day. The patches caused skin irritation though.
Too much nicotine is bad. I tended to overdo it because it helped my ADHD but I am off it now. Can be nauseating.
