*Cranky post. I am still really tired of the count the dead baby game. Why don't we talk about solutions instead? Why don't we EVER get to talk about solutions instead?
I too am at the acceptance stage. I know who is ultimately in control and I am confident in my ultimate destiny. But I love staying informed and I'm definitely getting into self treatment (thanks to Warriors like you) and staying away from the medical industry. Thank you for all the work you have done and are doing.

Amen to this!!! I do want to keep up just a little on the new discoveries - largely because the body is awesome and fascinating and all this research is discovering new mysteries. But some days, before I know it, the sun has set and I've not lived.
So I try to intentionally go outside and take in nature and sunshine. Walk in my messy yard, listen to birds and see life. I do miss not being able to smell rain - thanks to covid (I guess as I didn't test).
Since I need a healthy and robust immune system no matter what the future, I'm trying to pick out the best herbs and plants to grow, reducing prepackaged foods except for emergency supplies... and to get a routine going. I do very poorly with making habits so this is quite hard to even set up. The older I get the more things I need to add to the daily routine and it can feel overwhelming! lol
Anyway - I do appreciate your writing and sharing. It's very good to know an RD can also be truly health minded! The ones I encountered in nursing homes were....... keeping to the party line.
thanks and yes it is hard to do all the various selfcare things that help - they also all take time. I should get out in the sunshine too. I'm eating a salad after peeling 4 cups of pre-soaked almonds. I'm feeling better with the switch to presoaking nuts/beans/seeds/grains, but cooking is a lot of work. I need to reload my month of vitamin boxes today too. And tackle my underlying attitude about work, work, work, being the priority. Self "You don't even have a job, why are you doing this?" Self: "I dont' know." // I will refill my vitamin boxes today. It has been two days. I set up all the boxes with open lids yesterday but never got to the filling them stage. 8-( /// I'm always more interested in learning stuff I think and I was reared with a real strong work-is-what-is-valued ethic.
Re RDs, yes, many are part of the mainstream medical and food industry systems and that is not in support of health, sadly.
Thank you for your work. You are on the road less travelled, and it appears lonely, which allows you to see things differently, and tell us the known/unknowns, and more importantly, the unknown/unknowns. Many thanks
Thank you for this insightful post. This comment concerns the following questions... "Why don't we talk about solutions instead? Why don't we EVER get to talk about solutions instead?"
These questions are multi dimensional with incredible scope. The answers are accordingly complex and elusive. Some insights might be found by exploring the following links.

Awesome and thank you for your feedback! It gets a little discouraging to be so suppressed.
Don’t let them get to you!
Thanks!

You are very welcome and I greatly appreciate your feedback. It is a little frustrating and lonely.
So COVID was a bunch of symptoms...
from a compromised immune system.... brought on by an injection of toxins...
Voluntarily accepted by a bunch of people with good intentions, who believe that the world is not that bad.
How very clever!
So taking this as a premise, the world will be left with only cynics and sceptics.... Great....😁
Preppers who have an underground bunker are likely going to be the survivors, so, yes, Great....

Except for bunkers below sea level... Or does Zark Muckerberg have a snorkel?
