Just read that you can put essential oils in the belly button. What do you think?

Primo vascular system likely is running everywhere from the belly button - start of life button. And that is connected to stem cell production.

I don't think I will try the citrus oil on my belly button. Too much of a good thing.

That was an interesting post, thanks for sharing it!

I think it could help.

I am sensitive to citrus for histamine reasons but seem able to use it on the soles of my feet. Tip I read somewhere that I thought worth a try. Not many allergy mast cells on the soles of our feet or belly button compared to in the digestive tract. I am not positive yet though, if it is working for me.

I'm not in a rush to try it. Almost all my products are fragrance-free.

I love that you can buy Rescue Remedy at grocery stores, Walmart and stores such as Walgreens.

I'm a huge fan of flower essences and always have a bottle of Bach Rescue Remedy in my cupboard and purse. Several years ago I was introduced to Australian Bush Flower Essences (ABFE) and Flower Essence Services (FES). I get remedies from both sources. Last night I tried the Emergency combo remedy from ABFE and it immediately moved me out of a high state of anxiety. I was shocked! This belly button method worked much more quickly and powerfully.

It is doubtful that there was any medical knowledge of myrrh and frankincense at the time of Jesus' birth since there wasn't a medical-pharmaceutical-industrial-complex yet, but the benefits of the plants given us by the creator were well-established by that time.

You underestimate the Greeks and the Arabs.

I don't remember mentioning them to underestimate them.

You said: "It is doubtful that there was any medical knowledge of myrrh and frankincense at the time of Jesus' birth since there wasn't a medical-pharmaceutical-industrial-complex yet,"

There was extensive knowledge in Greek medicine prior to Jesus' birth, as well as amongst Arab physicians, who were closer to to the Holy Land, although people did travel at the time.

DoTerra is mostly organic, but for regular online marketing, MountainRoseHerb.com (I think is the url) has lots of organic essential oils and I have bought a few different things from them including an essential oil blend. Very reliable website and recommended by other herbal specialists.
