My niece was told to take olive leaf extract or even olive leaf when she had an mycoplasma burden. Those who can't tolerate fat would have that as an option.
Too funny! Ask your horses? lol I looked at all my supplements a few wks ago, packed them up and am on a break (except for occasional A&C) until l figure out what my goal is. It's been on my mind lately to do a "less is more" approach and focus on food first.
Ha! the horses said stay out in the sun all day and eat some grass, maybe some tree bark, weeds and a bit of dirt!
I would love to be able to simplify my eating and supplements plan, right now it's a full-time job 🫣😝 sometimes I discontinue something when I run out, and then I find out why I was taking it 🫤
Yes, I ran into troubling with eliminating too many good thing, while trying to figure out what was a problem for me. Not taking the stuff was a problem for me. I'm trying to link supplements with meals to be more consistent, but record keeping might be a need. >forgetful
Thanks, NN, Pat saved me a lot of time on this one. I just had to read/skim the links, and write the blurbs. I tend to look for - what might help? - and what dose did the research study use? - a realistic amount for people to use? Looks like a yes on good quality olive oil, but probably better to use it cold in a salad rather than sautee-ing with it. or what oil are you talking about? Tea Tree Oil?

I take olive leaf sometimes, and it seems to be helpful, but right now I can't even remember what I take it for!

The horses are quite sound in their advice ;) ...... I'll translate to humanspeak -- wheatgrass, pycnogenol, dandelions and fulvic/humic acid.. lol
Good luck! The older I get the less time I have to deal with these details... or it could be the older I get the slower I go... hmmm...
excellent translation! They do like dandelions, you hardly ever find them in the horse pasture, they've all been eaten 🤓
JD - Once again, brilliant sleuthing. Contains by weight mainly unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid 18:2 58.4%; palmitic acid 16:0 19.4%; oleic acid or 18:1 linolenic acid or 18:3 5.9%; and stearic acid 18:0 3.9%.
