My hypothesis has been exactly this since Aug 19; then panic to assess the damage, Event 201; transfer of the infection to Wuhan via the military games, and PsyOp placing blame on China.
But there remains the hidden Repo crisis in September 2019; maybe two birds with one stone? We may never know the truth. All I do know for certain is that the western economic model is failing - I know it - so do they, perhaps 2023 will be the pivot year?

The base of the virus is what we fight naturally, recognize. Spike changes too much and is the weapon, it never made sense to use it in this way.
