In the begining of covid I harvest grapefriut and lemon rinds. I made tea and even air dried some of the rinds.

Thanks Jen, I'm adding curcumin+bioperin to my regime. And it always grates when the so called "experts" tell you to stop drinking coffee as a quick fix for a high BP, ignoring the many longer term paradoxical hypotensive effects of caffeic acid.
