Re mycoplasma... I've know people to be treated with prolonged use of z-paks.... when my niece had tongue cancer she was told that just about 100% of cancer pts tested for it had an overabundance of mycoplasma in their blood.... olive leaf was recommended for treatment.

So, speaking of that, just this morning Stat and two other newsletters came in assuring me that the Chinese were NOT finding any novel pathogens, just the usual ones.

Think they too were listening to Kevin, Kevin, and Charles?

That was a great stream.

I had some pomegranate, with pith, in my salad last night, and cooked up the peel in some tea. Maybe that is why this morning I had enough energy finally to read this article, not the thorough are reading it deserves but a pretty good skimming, enough to pick up the idea that mycoplasmas might be involved in my chronic need for high doses of most nutrients, taken as supplements; might have been involved in my pneumonia at Age 2 and chronic asthma...

I have always thought at least since the seventies that nutrition and biochemistry were the key to health, and I always knew that without health I could not do much of anything. Really appreciate your clear thinking on these topics.

I meant to add photos of my lunch salad. I mince fresh inner pith to add to a salad or soup or quick bread. 1/2 teaspoon fresh once a day as prevention or or 3 times if some diuretic aid is helpful. When eating the seeds I might just eat a little of the pith too.

The seeds are so crunchy they are good in salad or cole slaw. The inner pith is a little bitter and adds a celery seed accent to the cole slaw, no celery seeds needed. They are also good in a Waldorf style apple salad. see page G13 effectivecare.info or Ways to Prep Pomegranate peel here on Substack.
