Totem animal - Hawk; channeled/cowritten sacred poetry by Julia Greef and The Beings of Absolute Light: transmissions-of-light.com/sacred-poetry?category=Totem%20Animals *there is talk about people being at a level of frequency or vibration that feels right - matches where you are at. Julia’s work feels that way to me. How can a feeling of good ‘energy’ be recorded on a video? I don’t know. Body language maybe. Sometimes we can’t know things.
Within a day or two after reading this poem, I was sitting outside and the weather was pleasant and spring-like but cloudy. I looked up because something seemed different and I saw hawks circling slowly overhead, gliding effortlessly. I counted five hawks. They slowly circled overhead and gradually glided away on some air current. It wasn’t windy at that moment. After they left I realized what had attracted my attention - the spring songbirds had gone silent as the hawks approached and slowly started singing again once the predator birds passed by.
The stillness of the air also gradually changed to a windy day.
It was a magical moment though. Hawks don’t usually fly together like that. Seeing one at a time is more typical.
Totem or spirit animals are based in legends from indigenous peoples. Guidance for our actions can be seen in the way different animals cope with life. Like anything subtle, it is metaphorical. How can this perspective help us in our life right now?
“The hawk spirit animal is associated with the power of vision. If you have the hawk as a totem, you have or are developing the ability to see clearly and have strong visions. Perhaps, you even use clairvoyant skills to support your goals in life and communication with others.
Just like the hawk can see in great detail at great distances, you maybe able to perceive what others do not. You may have an affinity with piercing life great mysteries and divination in one form or another.” (spiritanimal.info/hawk-spirit-animal/)
“Choose your priorities and eliminate all distractions. - Hawk”
“...optimism is one of your strongest virtues. After all, you love to share your visions of a better and brighter future with those around you. For the most part, you tend always to be ahead of everyone else. It is not easy seeing what other people are not ready for.
On the other hand, it is often difficult for you to share your insights with others because the other person does not necessarily want to hear what you have to say. Learning to give your messages subtly is a must because becoming too forceful will cause a retreat.” (spirit-animals.com/hawk-symbolism)
Gratitude - counting our blessings
I had also recently shared in a post about my dad’s habit of writing down “saw four deer on a drive today”, or “saw two wild turkeys today”. It is of value to count nature’s blessings as you are blessed.
Julia Greef has scheduled, at the request of the Absolute Beings of Light, a planned channeled release of sexual shame for March 28, 7:00 am EST. There is a fee to register, but I don’t get the impression that she is making a fortune off this. If interested see: (transmissions-of-light.com/channeled-release-shame-march-2024). Julia says the event is aimed more at women but is open to anyone feeling issues of sexual shame - and in today’s society, that may include a lot of people and a lot of sexual ‘identities’. Mainstream messaging talks a lot about empowering individuality, while also coaxing everyone into cramming themselves into a few specific types of ‘individuality’.
Making a 7 am event may be easier for me than a 7 pm event based on my current individuality.
Peace be with you wherever you are in your journey. Let nothing clip your wings.
*Birds kept in captivity will be clipped on one wingtip, so their balance is lost and flight won’t work right for them. Sad.
**I am working on something longer on the topic of “No virus? … but something exists”. This ‘No virus’ movement is affecting people who don’t understand genetics or the evil that Baric and crew unleashed on the world in the form of a synthesized replicable pathogen. Whatever the inventors call it, or anyone else calls it, the chimeric spike is causing harm. It exists because humans created it. That is something to call out but the Bailey’s don’t seem to be focused on calling an end to Gain of Function research. They seem only to be focused on ending the use of the words ‘virus’ and ‘virology’. Throwing out a label while the harm is still being produced is just adding more layers of cover-up.

Addition - Essential Oil Book Club
Checking the book Emotions Made Simple reveals that ‘shame’ is considered a severe form of guilt. Oils that might help include grounding Tree oils like: Black Spruce, Copaiba, Juniper Berry, Siberian Fir; uplifting citrus oils like: Bergamot and Neroli, and comforting florals like: Helichrysum, Rose, and Ylang Ylang. Cassia may be considered a Spice oil - it is cinnamon like and is from a tree bark.
Neroli is not a cold pressed citrus peel oil, it is steam distilled from orange blossom flowers.
Ylang Ylang is not typical of florals. It is a powerful antispasmodic that can calm tachycardia and hypertension. (p 216, Schnaubelt, Medical Aromatherapy - Healing with Essential Oils, 1999)
Emotions Made Simple - A Practical Guide to Understanding Emotions & Natural solutions, 2022, Total Wellness Publishing, LLC, OilLife.com *this book is doTerra brand specific in the blends that are listed. It is helpful in grouping similar feelings under a few main emotion categories grouped as Positive or Negative emotions.
Tree oils, Rose and Ylang Ylang have been part of my daily routine.
I just had to refill my Ylang Ylang roller bottle blend - a 10 ml bottle: 30 drops Ylang Ylang, 10 drops Eucalyptus and 10 drops Frankincense. Fill with fractionated coconut oil.
Ylang Ylang may be a skin irritant, Frankincense helps skin health. Eucalyptus helps me breath. I use this blend a lot in the evening or anytime my heart is racing and I am more anxious and or salicylate excess feeling.
Another blend I have been using, I called Walk in the Woods. Why label blends, or a bottle? so you don’t mix up different ones, and so you can remember what you made if you ended up liking it.
Walk in the Woods roller bottle blend - 10 ml roller bottle: 10-ish drops each of Camphor, rosemary and Anise Seed (smells like licorice, seems ‘sweet’); 4 each of Cedarwood and Juniper Berry; 2 drops of Geranium. Fill with fractionated coconut oil.
The overall fragrance is ‘pleasant’ - not strongly forest or floral and with the ‘sweet’ accent of licorice. It helps me breath more clearly too.
Camphor oil is the strong aroma in Vick’s Vapo-rub which my grandma swore by and she lived to be 104 years young. She added a smear under each nostril before bed every night. That would be strong. Young Living has camphor in a blend but neither doTerra or Young Living offer it as a singl oil. It is very inexpensive from NOW brand though.
Schnaubelt, Kurt, Medical Aromatherapy - Healing with Essential Oils, 1999: “This distinguished organic chemist shares his in depth knowledge of the particular current value of essential oils, for health on all levels. In an era when Western allopathic medicine has less and less appeal, this self-care method is a potent alternative, with roots going back to ancient times. Dr. Schnaubelt has a gift for presenting facts and information in a way that is intriguing and easy to assimilate. In the flood of "coffee table" aromatherapy books currently available, this is a much needed and welcome source for those truly interested in taking responsibility for their own health.” (pioneerbook.com)

JD - Another beautiful missive. When people ask how are you doing? So many pissed off people, many respond, it's a shitty day. My answer: I'm alive, then I tell them my philosophy...
If I wake up, before opening my eyes, I take a deep breath and then flex my arms to my sides.
If my elbows don't hit wood it's all good, this is one more day borrowed from death. If things don't go my way, I just reflect, life is too short, so every second wasted being angry, is one less second that one can be happy. Kiss an old person, hug an animal, rather than take it for granted, appreciate all that you are so fortunate to have, and the TIME to enjoy it.

Love this post and very interesting observation at the end. I have to agree. When people seem entirely focused on one thing without even considering an either-or situation, I think something is up. Why not germ/terrain plus more theory. I personally embrace the ideas of many different things going on (and why I love your posts). I also believe it is the uniqueness of the individual including behavior, environment, choices, hygiene, what they just ate/drank or have been eating, their pH, their job, their activity level, how they handle stress, genetics, people they hang out with, their emotional/spiritual state, etc. I think asking whether viruses exist to much like asking the question, do electrons exist? What's more important to understanding relationships and able to predict outcome with a level of certainty. For example, if I visit a house with sick persons, is it important to know whether I had been eating "correct" or exactly who I got sick from (which is often impossible to know including at what moment)? What I know is I'm less likely to get sick if I decide to postpone my visit or eat "healthy" with moderate exercise and good hygiene and still visit. 🙂
